Open Apple Music which you have been downloaded recently
Tap on "Start 3-Month Free Trial".
You will be redirected to membership plan section. Choose membership that fit your need. For me, I choose Individual.
Tap on "Create new Apple ID".
You will be asked to fill data. Fill the data with your valid identity.

If you can't create apple ID through apple music, you can create it from the website that is Create Your Apple ID

After you create your apple ID, go ahead login to apple music. Now you can start exploring your favorite music through apple music from the search box by typing the name of the song or the artist you want to find.

Like other iPhone users, you can add your choosen music to my music section. by adding it to my music section, it will be saved and you no longer have to search for the recent music you search, just simply go to My Music section.
