You Will Be Amazed at How Fast 5g Is

Cabski31 - 5G is the coming fifth-generation wireless broadband technology and has been developed by several countries and companies, including US, UK, and South Korea. They "compete" in developing a network 5G. After doing some deliberates, United Nations has agreed that the next generation of internet will be commercialised in the beginning of 2017.

 5G networks will be more responsive, allow for smoother streaming, and greater power efficiency on internet connected devices. Samsung (South Korea) claimed that their 5G technology could reach speeds up to 7.2Gbps and is still developed until now so it can be faster.

Another 5G developer is from US, Verizon, claimed their 5G is capable of reaching speeds 50 times faster than 4g which means you can download a movie in three seconds. They are hoping to roll-out 5G as soon as possible.

However, China and Japan both have goals not too far behind South Korea and US. CEO of Ericsson, Hans Vestberg, one of the world's largest telecom gear vendors, predicts 60 percent of the world will be on 4G by 2020. That means unlikely a majority of the world will be connected to 5G for many years to come. For example, we can see that Indonesia has just got 4G technology last year. It doesn't cover all of their territory yet, like only 40% of itself, and is not stable yet.
